One of Disney's most popular and cherished films of all time is The Lion King. Mufasa: The Lion King, Disney's prequel, is about to be released. The first glimpse of the movie was unveiled by the producers yesterday, and now they have at last dropped the much awaited trailer. This part of the movie will center on Scar, young Mufasa, and Mufasa's ascent to become the Pride Lands' greatest monarch.
Barry Jenkins, an Oscar-winning filmmaker, directed the movie. Aaron Pierre and Kelvin Harrison Jr. will join as Mufasa and Scar, respectively, while Seth Rogen, Billy Eichner, and John Kani will be back as Pumbaa, Timon, and Rafiki.
The film, which will be released in theaters on December 20 of this year, has an amazing trailer.
