Therapy Works owner Tahir Zahoor has filed an application with a district and sessions court in Islamabad, requesting registration of a criminal case against Zahir Jaffer, for attacking and injuring a member of his team who had come to the crime scene.

Zahir Jaffer, the prime suspect in Noor Mukadam murder case, reportedly attacked the Therapy Works employee who had come to his house after being called in.

Therapy Works had been under fire after it emerged that Zahir Jaffer was associated with the organisation. It however remains unclear if he was allowed to work as a therapist. Therapy Works office in Islamabad was sealed by the authorities a few days after the crime.

The CEO of the therapy organisation has now sought a criminal case against Zahir Jaffer in an application filed through his counsel Shehzad Qureshi.

In the complaint, Zahoor claimed that a team from Therapy Works had gone to Jaffer's home on July 20, 2021 when his father asked them to have his son admitted at the facility for rehabilitation. According to Zahoor, when the team entered Jaffer's room, the accused attacked one of the team members with a knife. However, he was nabbed by other medical team members.
