In order to jointly develop a T10 league, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Middlesex County Cricket Club signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday.
Subject to mutually agreed-upon principles, business strategies, financial projections, and management structure, both sports bodies will be equal ownership partners in this league.
They will also look at the possibilities of holding exhibition matches between Middlesex County Cricket Club-affiliated teams and Pakistan Super League (PSL) clubs in Pakistan and the UK.
Middlesex County Cricket Club representatives Mohsin Wariach, Director Alan Coleman, and Chief Executive Officer Andrew Cornish paid a visit to the PCB headquarters, where they met Zaka Ashraf, Chairman of the Management Committee, and other staff members.
They spoke about a variety of cricket-related topics, including the marketing, expansion, and development of the sport. The Middlesex group also went to the National Cricket Academy, where they addressed PCB representatives.
Both parties signed an MoU after more discussion. In the Memorandum of Understanding, the parties stated a desire to work together in a number of areas of shared interest.

forming an alliance amongst the parties in order to create and launch a T10 league together. Assuming that the concept, company plan, financial predictions, and management structure have been mutually agreed upon, both parties will be equal equity partners in this league.
investigating the potential for PSL clubs and Middlesex County Cricket Club-affiliated teams to play exhibition matches in Pakistan and the UK.
organising training and educational programmes, with a focus on the newest technology in such training and education, including but not limited to courses for coaches, analysts, umpires, and curators/groundsmen.
Middlesex will also help to create and direct the training regimens for the PCB-affiliated women's cricket teams, including the women's national team of Pakistan.
The chairman of the management committee, Zaka Ashraf, was present for the signing event. Also present were PSL Commissioner Naila Bhatti, Director International Usman Wahla, and PCB COO Salman Naseer.
