In his new book aptly titled 'Spare', Harry has shared detailed of his time in Afghanistan with the shocking admission to have taken 25 human lives. As per Harry, those who died at his hands were 'enemy combatants'. This has brought on a strong reaction from the Afghan Taliban particularly Anas Haqqani, a senior member of the Taliban and its powerful Haqqani network who while acknowledging Harry's 'decency' at the admission also condemned the act of killing.

While describing those who died as 'chess pieces', Prince Harry also wrote about his feelings at their deaths. “It was not something that filled me with satisfaction, but I was not ashamed either,” Harry wrote.
