When a witness was being cross-examined in the court on Wednesday, Zahir began speaking and disrupted the proceedings. He was then asked to leave the court.
All accused were present in the court during the hearing. Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani was hearing the case.
Zahir began speaking when Muhammad Imran, in-charge of the National Forensic Crime Agency, was being cross examined and asked Judge Rabbani to facilitate a compromise in the case. Addressing the judge, he said: "Are you listening to me?
It was then that the court ordered he be expelled along with his father and three household staffers.
He was later allowed to return to the court when he was taken to a holding cell.
Earlier on November 3, Zahir had to be dragged out of the sessions court in Islamabad by police for disrupting proceedings and using abusive language against the judge.
Zahir had shouted the name Hamza, directed at no one. The judge was irked and directed police officials to take Zahir out of the court, but the accused hid behind the door.
Later, he interrupted the proceedings once again and demanded he be heard, saying that it was his court and his wants to say something.
He said that everything he has is at stake and then used abusive language against the judge, calling the court ‘nothing but dirt’. He had also said that the court was ‘dragging’ the case as he has already given an opportunity to hang him. “This is all a puppet show,” he said and added that he had never seen more incompetent people in a room before.
“Everything of mine is at stake. Such an activity will be a sign of an unsuccessful state,” he claimed.
The judge asked the police officials to take him away and said that he was staging a ‘drama’. When the police got up to take him away, Zahir attacked inspector Mustafa Kiani by grabbing him by the collar. The accused had to be dragged outside the court, a video of which went viral on social media.
