To develop a consensus within the ruling coalition for convening a conversation among all political parties in an effort to break the impasse, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has organized a committee made up of senior party leaders.

The committee members were Senator Syed Yusuf Raza Gillani, Minister of Commerce Syed Naveed Qamar, and PM Advisor Qamar Zaman Kaira, according to a notice from the party secretariat.

The panel was established in accordance with the core committee meeting of the PPP's resolution, which was made last week, and declared that the problem cannot be solved by closing the door to conversation.

Later, the PPP team spoke with Shahzain Bugti, the leader of the Jamhuri Watan Party (JWP), about the idea of adopting a unified stance on the subject of dialogue among political groups, including the opposition.

Both parties demanded mutual talks and negotiations among political parties during the meeting to address the constitutional and political issues.

After meeting with Bugti, the former prime minister, Yusuf Raza Gilani, spoke to the media and asserted that political discussions between political leaders were the only way to ease political tension.

The PPP leader stated that conversation is the only way to move forward in a democracy and added that in order to reduce political tensions, "we have spoken with the JWP leadership and will continue to hold discussions with other political leaders in the coming days."

Bugti expressed his appreciation for the PPP's initiative and stated that he would contact other Baloch leaders in Quetta before calling another meeting within the following two days.
