Iriana was disembarking hand-in-hand with her husband from the presidential plane at Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport when she tripped midway.
The moment was caught live. Her husband, who appeared stunned, did not offer help. He also asked a male official who approached to desist. The first lady is then seen being helped by a woman.
