Maryam said Imran had attacked his "own country" in place of setting politics aside and responding just like a Pakistan (ought to have). She also questioned if he had an iota of "shame".
"Do you have a speck of shame ? Instead of putting your petty politics aside & responding like a Pakistani should & must respond, you come out blatantly attacking your own country? God! Never seen a person as small-minded & bigoted as you. Shame," Maryam said in her response to Imran's comments on micro-blogging site twitter.
United States President Joe Biden on Thursday branded Pakistan “one of the most dangerous nations in the world.”
Biden made the remarks at a Democratic congressional campaign committee reception. “And what I think is maybe one of the most dangerous nations in the world: Pakistan. Nuclear weapons without any cohesion,” he remarked at the event organised in California, a transcript of which has been posted at the website of The White House.
"...across the world, when has Pakistan shown aggression esp post-nuclearisation? Equally imp, this Biden statement shows total failure of Imported govt's foreign policy & its claims of "reset of relations with US"? Is this the "reset"? This govt has broken all records for incompetence," Imran had remarked in a Twitter thread on Saturday after Biden's comments were proliferated.
