At least two armed men were killed when "unidentified armed gunmen" opened fire outside a polling booth at Kot Azam's Middle School in Tank's NA-43, according to police.
Meanwhile, the police have halted the polling process at the aforementioned polling station.
According to District Police Officer (DPO) Iftikhar Shah, one attacker's body has been brought into custody, while their accomplices fled with the other's body.
