She has said that she works with clay to get the texture of human flesh but a shape that is more ambiguous, often ending up painting whatever clay figures her subconscious leads her to creating. Working in earthy, pastel tones of pinks and roses further adds to the feeling of flesh.
23-year-old Aleezah did her undergraduate from the National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore, where she got a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts. In April her work was displayed at the Falmouth Art Center, and at the exhibition she shared that the human body inspires her artwork.
