The development comes three days after a session court had granted bail to six employees of Therapy Works including its CEO Tahir Zahoor. They were initially arrested on charges of concealing evidence.
In his application filed on Thursday, Shoukat Mukadam said that the officials of Therapy Works were present at the time of the murder. He maintained that the sessions court had ignored the rules set by the Supreme Court while giving bail to the six accused.
Further, Shaukat Mukadam accused the Therapy Works CEO and its other employees of threatening him. He said that they hid evidence, requesting the court to cancel the sessions court’s orders granting bail to the suspects.
He also told the court that if the bail is not revoked, he may face 'irreparable damage'. Prime accused Zahir Jaffer's remand was extended on August 16 in the Noor Mukadam murder case till August 30.
