Finally, the official release date for Kalki 2898 AD by Nag Ashwin has been disclosed. The much-anticipated release date has been revealed by the producers on social media following months of speculation. The official post states that the film will be released on June 27, 2024.
Over the weekend, the makers had already hinted at something significant. The movie's official account shared a peek at Amitabh Bachchan on social media. "It's a shame that I'm not rich. This is my last battle, and the time has come," the actor in the video says.
Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Deepika Padukone are shown on the new poster alongside the release date, all of whom are dressed as their respective characters. It appears that the desert in which they are standing was once a battlefield.
In addition to the aforementioned trio of actors, "Kalki 2898 AD" also stars Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani. It is being produced by Vyjayanthi Movies.
