While talking to journalists in London, the minister said Imran that Imran Khan is doing propaganda against political rivals by accusing former president Asif Ali Zardari of a conspiracy to kill him.
He further said that such statements can cause a threat to Khan’s life as some foreign agencies can take advantage of it and make an attempt to kill him.
The minister also said that PTI chairman Imran Khan was running a campaign to make Pakistan default in a bid to protect his political career.

Earlier, Imran Khan had accused Zardari of hatching a ‘’Plan-C’’ to assassinate him after failure in the execution of Plan A and B. He also alleged that the former president had given money to a terrorist outfit for this task.
Chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan on Friday accused PPP co-chair Asif Ali Zardari and ‘powerful agencies’ of the country of being behind a plot to kill him.
“Asif Ali Zardari is behind a Plan ‘C’ to kill me and he has given money to a terrorist organization for the purpose,” Imran said while addressing his supporters today (Jan 27).
“The facilitators in this are the people belonging to powerful agencies [of the country],” he maintained.
He added, “It is a decision that has been made from three sides.”
According to ex-premier, Asif Zardari has unlimited money that he has gotten from the Sindh government and he also uses it to buy the loyalties of the MPs during Senate elections.
“I have written out their names so that people may know. They want to get me out of the way using any means that they can,” he claimed.
The PTI chairman also said that the conspirers want to somehow defeat the former ruling party (in the elections).
“When I revealed the conspiracy hatched earlier, during a party rally, they made a retreat from it.”
“The Plan ‘B’ was plotted with the aim to target me under the garb of desecration of the religion. They conducted a campaign for the plan and had neared its success, but life and death are in Allah’s hands.”
