Away from the glitz and glamour of the marquee ramp shows, the recently held Moscow Fashion Week offered a hub for fashion enthusiasts and industry professionals to trade ideas and products, ensuring that the event was more than just showcasing the latest collections. Let's take a look at the top 10 talents that emerged during the Moscow Fashion Week.

From March 2 to March 7, the Central Exhibition Hall' Manege,' transformed into a fashion marketplace where visitors could browse and purchase clothing, footwear, and accessories directly from talented Russian designers who had gathered in Moscow from various Russian cities and other countries. From established names to rising stars, Moscow Fashion Week showcased a range of exceptional designers. Let's delve into some of their creations!

Büro Unique

This Samara-based brand Büro Unique took us to a "Mysterious Garden" with their collection. Think soft florals on romantic dresses and feminine silhouettes with playful ruffles.

Koss

Classic and chic ruled the runway at Koss. Tailored trouser suits, flowing satin skirts, and luxurious lingerie dresses were all given a modern twist with pops of colour, sequins, and daring cuts. 

Their men's collection offered a similar blend of trendy and timeless pieces.

Kotova

Inspired by Wassily Kandinsky's painting "Contrasting Sounds," Kotova's collection was about movement and sound translated into fashion. 

Fringe details, shimmering sequins, and flowing pleated garments created a dynamic and eye-catching display.

Maisonesve

Ornella Muti's daughter Naike Rivelli walked the runway for Maisonesve's "The New Icon" collection. Its main show unfolded like a story, starting with rich caramels and lace, then transitioning to bold metallics, 80s-inspired pieces, before closing with a flourish with finally elegant black dresses with statement floral embroidery.

Julia Dalakian

Grunge got a sophisticated makeover at Julia Dalakian. Black was the base, but with eco-leather, velvet, chiffon, and lace accents, the looks offered a unique blend of grunge, boho, and romantic styles.

Beena

Beena channelled the mystery of a moonlit night with their collection. Monochromatic tones in black and white ruled the runway, with deconstructed silhouettes, dramatic slits, and intricate white embroidery adding an ethereal touch. 

Both men's and women's wear were featured in the iconic collection.

Shatu

The graceful movement inspired SHATU's collection. Think flowing dresses, sheer separates, ballet-inspired elements, and delicate knitwear with lace accents.

Zuhat

Soft lines, maxi dresses, and a serene monochromatic palette defined ZUHAT's collection. Inspired by Dagestani women, the looks featured long, flowing silhouettes and draped skirts.

Geisha Designs

This Indian brand brought the sparkle to Moscow with their evening wear collection. Crystals and sequins shimmered on dresses with asymmetric cuts and sheer fabrics, offering a modern take on traditional Indian wear. 

A men's collection with crystal-adorned suits added a touch of glamour.

Li Lab

Bold and daring is the name of the game at Li Lab. Their collection featured corsets, lingerie dresses, and seductive minis with a gothic touch – perfect for the confident woman who isn't afraid to turn heads.
