In a tweet on Tuesday, US State Department Counselor Derek Chollet said he spoke with the Pakistani Ambassador to the US Masood Khan and expressed solidarity. He said that they talked about US assistance in the flood relief programs as well as economic cooperation.

In a letter to US President Joe Biden Senator Sheila Jackson also requested immediate provision of material, equipment and technical assistance to Pakistan to support relief efforts in the country.
Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang, similarly, have delivered a message to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Arif Alvi via Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Nong Rong. In the message they have expressed grief and solidarity with Pakistan over the devastation caused by the floods. PM Shehbaz in response said that Pakistan greatly values the support provided by China.

Turkiye Grand National Assembly Speaker Mustafa Sentop had a telephonic conversation with Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf where he also expressed solidarity and support with Pakistan during this crisis. Pervaiz Ashraf appreciated Turkiye's swift dispatch of relief goods and aid.
French President Emmanuel Macron too pledged support and solidarity for the flood affectees in Pakistan. In a tweet on Sunday, he said, "France is ready to help."
