As per a report, several members of the PTI have expressed dissatisfaction with the idea of the dissolution of provincial assemblies as suggested by the party Chairman Imran Khan.
Earlier on Thursday, the party's high level committee had put together a report which explored the dissolution of the Punjab Assembly in particular.
Instead of finding unanimous support, the Chairman faced disagreements from several lawmakers as they felt they were risking too much in terms of ongoing projects in their respective constituencies which would have to be abandoned if they were to resign.

Instead they recommended that the Chairman consider the idea of making such a move at a time when it leaves the federal government with no option but to call general polls.
