There is a hot debate that has been raging in Pakistan about what it means to be transgender or intersex.
While some are fiercely critical of this debate debunking both or either, others have taken a humane approach towards the debate and tried to educate the public.
One of these efforts is the limited televised series Sar e Rah in which Pakistani actos Muneeb Butt plays an intersex child and what he faces as challenges before he becomes an Assistant Commissioner in Pakistan.
