UK's King Charles III Diagnosed With Cancer

King Charles has just been diagnosed with cancer, according to an official Buckingham Palace announcement.

The shocking news came shortly after the King of England underwent surgery for a 'benign' prostate issue.

Buckingham Palace released the report in order to "prevent speculation and in the hope it may assist public understanding for all those around the world who are affected by cancer."

The Palace further stated that the revelation became public when "a separate issue of concern was noted" during his prostate operation.

However, "subsequent diagnostic tests have identified" it as "a type of cancer."

For those who are unaware, the monarch will now focus only on "regular treatments" and "has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties."
