Another week, another victory. If you've managed to make it this far, congrats. You're a champ. And because you're a champ, we've taken it upon ourselves to compile a list of fun activities and suggestions for you, so that you can make the most of your well-deserved weekend break. Here are The Friday Times’ top picks for what you should be seeing, hearing and doing this weekend. Check it out:

1. Movie: Spencer

I mean, is there a more fitting time? With the queenie no longer with us, maybe we can indulge ourselves to some fine acting by Miss Kirsten Stewart portraying the iconic Princess Diana, who left us some 25 years ago.

2. TV Show: Crown

Okay fine, let's let Queen Elizabeth have some of the spotlight as well. Crown was an excellent, albeit slow-paced depiction of the life and times of the lady herself. If you want to remember her, watching this HBO show might be a better way than tweeting stale takes online.

3. Song: Calm Down - Rema, Selena Gomez

We can't lie, times be stressful. What better advice than to 'calm down'? And truthfully, this is a very chill song, with a fun beat and a soft melody that really does put you in a zen headspace. Give it a listen, or three, or seven.

4. Book: '40 Rules Of Love' - Elif Shafak

Almost every Pakistani has read and loved this book and there isn't a bookshelf where it can't be found. For many, it becomes a guidebook and complete life changer. We urge you to read it and judge for yourself. It's better to know than to not know.

5. Activity: Kitab Gari at Olomopolo

This promises to be a fun time, especially if you have young kids, because they get to read and participate in fun arts and crafts. The event takes place on the 11th of September and costs Rs500 per head.
