PTI Alleges House Of Former PM Imran's Digital Media Aide Raided
The house of former prime minister Imran Khan's focal person on digital media, Dr Arsalan Khalid, was allegedly raided and mobile phones of his family members were confiscated in the wee hours of Sunday.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)'s official account called on the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to probe the matter.

"Ex Focal person on PM Imran Khan on Digital, Dr Arsalan Khalid's home has been raided and they have taken all phones from his family," a tweet from the PTI's official account said, adding that Khalid has never "abused anyone on social media & never attacked any institutions."

Dr Arsalan was until recently the focal person for the former prime minister on digital media. He also served as a secretary of the PTI social media, as per the party's official website. Prior to that, he has also let the social media of the PTI Lahore chapter. Dr Arsalan was behind several campaigns on social media initiated bt the PTI including that for the 2018 general elections.

Social media users condemned the raid on his house, but reminded that several activists speaking up for human rights were targeted during the PTI government and there was little condemnation. Journalists were also abducted and harassed, people noted.
