The Ruet-e-Hilal Committee has issued a tender notice seeking quotations from various reputed firms for the arrangement of lavish food items for the meeting scheduled to be held on March 22, 2023, at the Auqaf office complex Eidgah Charsadda Road in Peshawar.
According to the notification issued on Thursday, the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee sought quotations from catering services for the lavish food items including, Dampukht with Rice, Naranj Rice with Beef, Chicken Curry, Mix Vegetables, Chicken Tikka Botti, Naan, Sekh Kabab, Russian Salad, Fresh Salad, Halwa, Reception Tea, Black Tea, One-Bite Pastries, One-Bite Patties, One-Bite Sandwich, Biscuits, Mineral Water, and Cold Drinks.
"Further details can be obtained from the office of the administrator, Auqaf Eidgah Charsadda Road, Peshawar, during office hours. The quotations should reach the office of the undesignated on March 13, 2023, at 1000 hours," the notice read.
The meeting has been convened for a moon sighting to announce the commencement of the holy month of Ramadan. As per the notification, the meeting will be attended by 100 VIP personalities and 100 members of the general public.
