According to a renowned survey agency of Pakistan, it has been discovered that 59% of Pakistanis are against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) long march, while 63% are in favor of fresh elections being held soon.
A survey on the political and social environment of Pakistan was conducted by a think tank Institute For Public Opinion Research (IPOR). As per the survey, 63% of people wanted fresh elections, 59% of people were against the PTI long march and 9% declined to answer the survey.
54% people believe that PTI leaders should return to the Parliament to get their political agenda fulfilled, whereas 33% of people defended the long march, and 12% declined to answer.
As for how successful the long march would be, 35% of the people surveyed believed that PTI would successfully achieve the goals of its long march, while 38% believed that PTI would not gain anything, and 27% did not answer.

51% of people surveyed believed that the current inflation and economic crisis was due to the Shehbaz Sharif led Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government, whereas 33% were of the opinion that this was caused by Imran Khan's PTI government.
The survey was conducted through a computer operated phone call, and a sample size of more than two and a half lac people participated in the survey.
