Pakistan People's Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari and US Ambassador Donald Blome discussed the country's political situation on Sunday.
The former foreign minister had visited Blome in Islamabad. According to sources, the meeting was held as a "goodwill gesture" to discuss Pakistan-US relations.
On Saturday, Bilawal said that his party did not attempt to contact Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Barrister Gohar Ali Khan.
The PPP chairman stated, "I have no knowledge about any contact between the PPP and Barrister Gohar Ali Khan." "The coalition government will undoubtedly be built on political give-and-take. "I will try to persuade the allies," he added.
Regarding the implementation of the PPP's manifesto, Bilawal said, "I do not have a clear mandate for the implementation of the party's own manifesto."
