Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari believes politicians must not resort to hypocrisy.
The PPP chairman made the remarks, a thinly-veiled reference to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, in an exclusive interview with Naya Daur - The Friday Times aired on Friday. Responding to a question posed by Islamabad reporter Abdullah Mohmand on reports pertaining Imran's recent move to establish contact with United States Ambassador David Blome, the foreign minister said politicians must not indulge in hypocrisy.
While Imran had every right to meet anybody, politicians, he said, must refrain from hypocrisy. They must not lie. Present something else before the people and act in a manner that contradicts their public stance, the foreign minister said.
