Angelina Jolie is no stranger to the plight and suffering of others across the globe. Working for the UN she is brave enough to tackle the most delicate of issues sensitively and she displayed her sensitivity in an instagram video she put up for an Iranian mother waiting for her son outside a prison in Iran.
Recently she was spotted at an airport walking with her daughter Zahara who is a student at Spelman University.
'An Iranian mother pleads at the prison gates to save her son, 22-year-old Mohammad Ghobadlou, who is at imminent risk of execution in Iran,' she shared.
'Please take a moment and listen to the pain in her voice. As a mother of children similar in age, I can only begin to imagine the depth of the loss and pain felt by the mothers of young people who have been killed, beaten or imprisoned since the woman, life and freedom protests began. To the mothers - we hear you.
'We do not forget your brave loved ones, who risk their lives for others, and for Iran.'
