LADIESFUND launched in Spain with a who's who of Pakistani-Spanish women. LADIESFUND President Tara Uzra Dawood came from Karachi to grace and host the occasion. Ambassador Dr. Zuhoor Ahmed flew from Madrid to Barcelona be Chief Guest and Consul General Murad Ali Wazir was Guest of Honour and arranged an extravagant lunch. 

Delegates included Fiza Rani Ahmad Parveen, Madiha Jawad, Murva Razaq, Saba Mohamed, Bushra Ali, Shafaq Rubab, Sidra Kouser, Zarmeen Gulzar Kousar, Shaista Abid, Andleeb Sharif Asghar, Samra Athar Kakakhel, Zarmine Sarfaraz and Tahreem Sadiq Afshan.

"It's a priority of us to meet with and showcase the softer side of Pakistan," said the Ambassador Dr Zuhoor Ahmed. 

"Each of these women are stars," said Consul General Murad Ali Wazir with pride.

We are humbled and honoured to spotlight and include them in LADIESFUND and grateful to His Excellency Ambassador Sb and Consul General Sb for their hospitality and commitment," said Tara Uzra Dawood, President, Dawood Global Foundation - LADIESFUND - Educate a Girl.

"This was such a signature event for supporting the vision of women. Thank you to LADIESFUND for inviting me and providing utmost support for shaping our future and having wish to see, the perception of what is true definition of  women empowerment in today’s world.
