Bengal Tiger Mauled Youngster To Death In Bahawalpur Zoo

A youngster died after he was mauled by exotic tigers kept at the Sherbagh Zoo in Bahawalpur, an autopsy report has revealed.

The report stated that the youngster suffered at least ten large wounds caused by animal attacks.

The report further said that the victim remained alive for 10-15 minutes after being mauled by the tigers and before passing away.

Meanwhile, the zoo administration in Bahawalpur is still investigating why the youngster went into the lion's enclosure.

Earlier this month, staff at the park had discovered the body of a youngster who had been mauled by Bengal Tigers kept at the park.

The three tigers were kept in an enclosure where the half-eaten body of the youngster was found. One of the tigers was found holding the shoe of the victim in its mouth.

Officials believe that the man had managed to break into the enclosure.
