Bollywood stars Sunny Leone and Rahul Bhat play the key characters in the Anurag Kashyap-directed film "Kenny," and the movie is all set to make its world premiere in May at the famous Cannes Film Festival.
While talking about her experience working for this movie, Leone said, "To check whether I would be interested in playing this character named Charlie, Anurag Sir phoned me for an audition. I had not attended many auditions before, so I was really anxious, and I attempted to learn as much as I could about my character. Then, when I was at the audition, I had no idea that the production team, the ads, and the entire director's office would be there."
"There was also Rahul Bhat. It became even tenser as a result. I provided my best effort at my audition. And everyone enjoyed it! I was totally shocked. In this movie, I really tried to pay attention to what they required, and it seems to have paid off," she added.
She further said, "Anurag Sir is not at all terrifying. He is one of the nicest, kindest people I've ever met, and on the set, he is exceptionally loving and caring towards everyone, whether they are performers or technicians. On the sets, he most certainly isn't a menace. It's a pleasure working with him. I relished every second of the encounter. I'm hoping we get to collaborate once more."
She revealed that she was going to be off to Cannes. "I have no idea how it will go, who will do my clothes and hair, where we are going, what we will do, or whether we will see any other movies at Cannes. I'm fairly new to everything. I'm sure we'll meet some interesting folks, but I'm not sure how or what we'll say to them," she added.
Sunny Leone also said, "I'm excited to release two South films in the near future." "A thrilling year is definitely in store for us."
