Allu Arjun's highly anticipated film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has been postponed.
The release date for ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has been announced, along with a new poster featuring Allu Arjun with a sword. The Sukumar Bandreddi-directed film, which also stars Rashmika Mandana, will now be released on December 6 this year.
The film's team also issued a statement to provide clarification on the change. It says, "Pushpa 2: The Rule is one of the most anticipated Indian films. Following the enormous success of Pushpa: The Rise, our obligation to deliver quality has grown dramatically. We have been working frantically to finish the film and release it on schedule. However, due to the remaining filming and post-production work, the film will not be released on August 15th, 2024. This choice is in the best interests of the film, its audience, and all stakeholders. Our objective is to create a remarkable experience on the large screen while maintaining quality."
It further stated, "The overwhelming response to our teasers and songs in all languages has been heartening, and we promise to deliver a film that you will truly love. We are grateful to our viewers and partners throughout the world for their steadfast support. The media and film industries have been extremely supportive. Pushpa 2: The Rule will now be available worldwide on December 6, 2024. We are devoted to providing you with the finest, and you will only watch the best in theaters."
So far, Pushpa 2: The Rule has released a teaser as well as two songs (Pushpa Pushpa and The Couple Song).
