Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra and Indian politician Raghav Chadha are now husband and wife.
The couple wed in a private ceremony on Sunday in Udaipur. The wedding ceremony took place at the Leela Palace. Bride Parineeti Chopra wore a wedding gown made by famous designer Manish Malhotra. Fans are eagerly awaiting Raghav and Parineeti's first public appearance as a married couple.
‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani's’ song ‘Kabira’ can be heard playing in a video that was captured at the wedding site. Parineeti was struck with emotion and sobbed uncontrollably during the ‘rukhsati.’ The insider claimed that the entire Chopra family was sobbing and giving the stunning pair the loudest cheers.
The guests came earlier that day aboard a boat that was decorated with elements of Mewar tradition.
At the extravagant wedding, Sania Mirza, Harbhajan Singh, Sanjay Singh, Aditya Thackeray, and Manish Malhotra all made an appearance. The wedding of Parineeti and Raghav was missed by Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti's cousin. Madhu Chopra, however, was in attendance during the event.
Prior to the wedding, Parineeti and Raghav had a sangeet in Udaipur with a 90s theme. A Punjabi artist, Navraj Hans, performed on the occasion. The pair showed off their unique personal style during the ceremony.
Raghav sported a black Indo-Western cultural outfit, while Parineeti wore a stunning, embroidered garment with a beaded shawl draped over it. Before departing for Udaipur for the major wedding festivities, Parineeti and Raghav had a sufi night in Delhi for their close friends and family members.
