According to a number of news publications early this morning, eight CCTV camera's worth millions of rupees were stolen from Gadaffi Stadium Lahore. The cameras were installed to monitor the eighth leg of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 8.
Stolen items include the cameras as well as generator batteries and fibre-optic cables for the CCTV camera's bringing the loss to number in the millions (the actual sum has been undisclosed).
Two cases have been registered against the thieves at Gulberg police station Lahore soon after the theft was discovered
