Imran Hits Back At Sanaullah After 'One Will Remain' Remarks
PTI chairman Imran Khan on Monday hit back at Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah, saying not him, but the government won't remain.

Earlier, during an interview with a private news channel, Sanaullah said, "Now, either he will be eliminated from the political scene or us. Only Imran is to be blamed for bringing us to this point."

The minister blamed the former premier for the current political crisis, saying they thought of him (Imran) as a political rival, but he took them as arch-enemy.

Imran, when asked by a reporter Monday about the remarks, said, "I wish that we both remain, but if he says so, I'll also say that he won't remain."

Earlier today, the IHC approved interim bail for PTI chairman Imran Khan in seven cases filed against the PTI chief following clashes at the Federal Judicial Complex on March 18 during the Toshakhana hearing.

He had sought interim bail in the cases filed against him at Golra, Bara Kahu, Khanna, Ramna, and CTD police stations.

Imran's photographer held

Prior to the hearing, the PTI claimed that the party chief's official photographer was among those held by police.

Dawn quoted the senior superintendent police as saying that 13 PTI workers have been arrested so far.

Ready for talks

Meanwhile, PTI leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi cast doubts on the rulers' intention of holding talks with the former ruling party.

"We never hesitate from holding talks but they talk about holding dialogue while the supporters and activists are being picked up."

The tussle between the Imran-led PTI and the ruling PML-N has intensified after the Judicial Complex clashes. Several party workers were rounded up and cases filed against them over the intense unrest.

Imran recently agreed to a proposal by the government for talks, but said that the talks will focus on holding timely, and free and fair elections.
