Upcoming Polls: Maryam To Initiate Campaign Across Punjab To Ensure ‘Historic Success’
Senior Vice President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Maryam Nawaz, has announced plans to initiate a strong campaign across Punjab Province to ensure historic success in the upcoming elections.

While addressing the party workers outside Lahore airport, she said that the PML-N has no fear of elections. "We will win the elections with a great majority," she added.

Maryam Nawaz vowed to change the fate of the country. She also asked party members whether those who plotted a conspiracy against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif face karma or not. She went on to say that Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif have not exacted any retaliation and that the conspirators are subject to the laws of nature.

She also said that Nawaz Sharif is concerned about inflation, and the rising prices of electricity, petrol and food items. She said that Nawaz brought the country out of economic crisis three times.

She said that Nawaz Sharif was ousted on the basis of just ‘iqama’. She expressed hope that the country would flourish again under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif.

While criticising former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, she said that  Khan is now pretending to be concerned about rising inflation, but during his tenure, he used to say that he learned about the increase in prices through television.

While taking a jibe at her political opponents, she suggested they should show some courage now.
