Kareena Kapoor starred in Hansal Mehta's detective drama The Buckingham Murders, which debuted in India on Friday night as the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival's opening picture. The actress and sister of Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, is all praise for her after seeing the film.
On Saturday, Karisma shared a photo of herself and Kareena from the premiere on Instagram. "You are my biggest supporter (red heart emoji), and I can't wait for everyone to see what you have accomplished (star eyes emoji) in #TheBuckhinghamMurders #JioMAMIMumbaiFilmFestival2023 #sisterlove," she captioned the photo. In the comments section, their friend and model actor Malaika Arora used red heart emojis.
"What a gripping and gut-wrenching film. Fabulous performance by the sister who had me in tears (teary-eyed emoji) and such an excellent performance by every cast member (applause emojis). I loved it (the red heart emoji)," Karisma wrote in the caption of a still of Kareena from the movie that she posted on Instagram Stories. “Kudos to the whole #TheBuckinghamMurders crew."
Along with the cast and crew of the movie, Kareena was present at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in India, accompanied by Karisma and her husband Saif Ali Khan.
