This milestone came after their recent win in the first ODI against New Zealand, also known as the Black Caps or the Kiwis.

The Green Shirts took on the Black Caps in the first of 5 ODIs in the series at the Rawalpindi cricket stadium on Thursday April 27. After restricting the guests to 288/7 in 50 overs, the hosts chased the target down with nine balls to spare, winning by 5 wickets. Pakistanis star batsman Fakhar Zaman was named the player of the match for scoring 117 runs off 114 deliveries.
