Certificates and free stitching machines will be distributed among the graduating girls during a ceremony scheduled for next week. The machines will enable them to work and generate an income to support their families

First Batch Of Students To Graduate From Umeed Vocational Training Centre

Umeed Foundation is a registered organization with an objective of providing Free Education to Underprivileged and Needy Children. Umeed Foundation firmly believe in Women Empowerment and Gender Equality. It’s Vocational Training Center offer free basic stitching training to young girls from the deserving families and after successful training they get a free sewing machine, which enable them to work at their own and generate income to support their families.

On 6th March 2024, the first batch of Umeed Vocational Center girls is completing their training successfully. On this occasion, a ceremony has been arranged at Serena Hotel Islamabad to give certificates and free stitching machines to the girls. Mr. Alfred Grannas will be the chief guest of this ceremony. Other participants will be donors & members of Umeed Foundation, Representatives of Pak German Business Community, Government Officers from NGO registration department & people from other foreign missions.

Other initiatives of Umeed Foundation are Free Higher Secondary School, Flood and Earthquake Relief Operations, Child Adoption Support and Food Items supply in Ramazan.
