Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill on Monday 'defended' his party colleague Fawad Chaudhry by saying that a nation like yours deserves a ‘Nelson Mandela’ like Fawad Chaudhry
Responding to a question asked by a journalist while talking to media, Shahbaz Gill said Fawad Chaudhry was a dear friend and like a brother to him but this is the only Nelson Mandela the nation deserved.
"I think you should just accept Fawad Chaudhry as your Nelson Mandela."

Shahbaz Gill has made his resentment with some PTI members public during the last few days. In a tweet on Sunday, Gill stated that some people in the party were extremely upset for the last two days after 'PTI Chairman Imran Khan mentioned me in his last speech'. "They had been spreading rumours that he was no longer in the party. He said he has grievances to share, but this is not the appropriate time."
"I will stand firm with Imran Khan," he stated.
In another tweet, Gill lamented that he now only had two to three friends left after others left one-by-one. "Friends who used to call me multiple times every day now ignore me for months," he tweeted.
"I haven't these many friends in six months," he admitted. He added that he is grateful to public for their love and support.
