Reported in Jang, police has caught a group of men in Sargodha who sold donkey meat as mutton. The meat was supplied to hotels. Police said they would soon uncover an entire network involved in the trade.

Express reports that a fake female traffic warden caught trying to enter the traffic headquarters in Lahore turned out to be a warden’s girlfriend. She had come to meet him secretly. The girl was arrested by the police, and the warden was suspended.
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan being probed for tax evasion

Reported in Qaumi Akhbar, a journalist threw a shoe at Shahbaz Sharif during a conference. The shoe did not hit the Punjab chief minister. He was arrested by the police, but released later on Shahbaz Sharif’s order.
