The wife of former Punjab governor and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's incarcerated leader Omer Sarfraz Cheema was arrested from the premises of an anti-terror court in Lahore.
Cheema's wife, Rabia Sultan had arrived at the court to attend the hearing of the case against her husband.
Little did she know she would find herself behind bars as well.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former Punjab governor Omer Sarfraz Cheema had been taken into custody from his Lahore residence on May 10 2023. Among other charges, he was also booked by the Punjab Anti-Corruption Establishment (ACE) on accusations of misusing his constitutional position and forging documents.

Today Cheema presented in court having completed his judicial remand. His wife had gone to court to meet him and she was arrested outside the ATC.
It is unclear as to where she is right now.
