As COVID-19 related travel restrictions are eased, Meesha Shafi is all set to travel to Pakistan and appear in court. This is in line with the due process outlined by the authorities which earlier denied requests for accommodating online hearings in light of COVID-19 related travel restrictions.
With regards to Shafi’s petition for online hearings in the civil case, the Honourable Court has commendably expedited the date to the 29th of November to decide on whether the accommodation can be granted or not. Shafi is all set to comply with the Court’s decision.
As an artist pursuing her craft and getting multiple invitations to perform live, Shafi will be making a brief stopover in Dubai to perform at the Jubilee Stage of Expo 2020 Dubai in front of thousands of fans from across the globe who have been awaiting a live performance by Meesha since the pandemic started.
