Four people lost their lives in a terrible tragedy that happened to a family of Pakistani pilgrims travelling from Makkah to Qatar near Riyadh.
According to diplomatic sources, Major Arsalan was travelling with his family when the tragic accident unfolded. Among the victims of the crash were his mother, wife, son, and daughter.
As they pursued their pilgrimage trek, the whole family experienced an unexpected and heartbreaking end to the tragedy.
The family's only survivor, Major Arsalan, suffered injuries and is presently getting critical care at a nearby hospital in Riyadh. His recuperation is being closely monitored by the medical personnel, and the Pakistani embassy is making every effort to help with the proper paperwork for the deceased.
After the necessary processes are completed, the bodies will be returned to Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
Pakistan's ambassador, Ahmed Farooq, sent his deepest sympathies to the departed family members and wished Major Arsalan a speedy recovery. In order to facilitate a procedure for the deceased’s return, the embassy is collaborating closely with the Saudi authorities and offering Major Arsalan the assistance he needs during this hard time.
